In conclusion, whether or not a speaker packs his message full of content or not does not matter as much as the way in which he delivers it. Indeed it is important to have reason in the message, if not one would be classed an empty vessel, but persuasion has to be prioritized in order for the speaker to effectively engage his audience. And once his audience is engaged and attentive, the speaker can be sure that they would take home the message that he wants to bring across, no matter how little information the message contains.
