All Canadians enjoy certain rights based on Canada"s tradition of democracy and respect for human dignity and freedom. These rights are found in Canada"s Human Rights Codes and in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom. In order to become a Canadian citizen you have to learn English or French language. Most countries around the world do not agree to the rights that Canadian citizens have. As Canadian citizens we have the following rights and more: Right to vote in elections. Right to run as a candidate in elections. Right to enter, remain in or to leave Canada....

The discussion of the rights, responsibilities, and freedoms given in the above paragraphs suggests that Canada is a country, which guarantees its citizens all human rights regarded necessary for the progression of a healthy society. At the same time it expects them to discharge their responsibilities to make Canada a free and livable place.
