The second part will analyse three famous entrepreneurs, Bill Gates the chairman and co founder of Microsoft, Robert F. Young, the chairman of Microsoft's rival Red Hat Inc. and Alain Rossmann from Phone.com. In the third part of my essay I will conclude with what makes an entrepreneur successful. The traits above are not musts, but they occur in most of the successful entrepreneurs. Contrary to Mancuso's traits the followings are essential in a successful entrepreneur's career: Desire, creativity, love for money and dreams.

A creative entrepreneur who loves money, will work harder, seek the opportunity, act at the right time, and, he/she will reach his/her desire, and dream.
