If it is high blood pressure, blood starts to pump around the body with more turbulence, causing the arteries to become damaged. Most of the factors lead to Hypertension which then leads to Coronary Heart Disease, so if people start to manage their blood pressure and keep it Normal, I predict that they would be much less likely to develop Coronary Heart Disease.
