what determines that equality or measurement. Are potatoes equal to rice because they are priced the same or have the same nutritional benefit or detriment or, indeed the same taste. A grain of rice equal to another or a potato spud equal to the next for the same reasoning. What determines similarity or difference when everything is variable. Are things either similar or different to some constant degree of variation and if so what determines it and is that determining factor stagnant or dynamic. What factors are not dependant on opinion, is there anything that everybody can agree on.
