What is Hypnosis?
There are many misbelieve`s, mysteries and fear about hypnosis and all come from different books, movies and plays. If we ask a few people what do they think about hypnosis we will get a lot of different answers. The term hypnosis is originated from the greek hypnos (meaning sleep). It is not about well-known sleeping, hypnosis is a state of mind when we can percep the outside world, but our body and our conscious mind is relaxed.
