At the begin of the 1900's people from all over the world were emigrating to America in search of "The American Dream". I think that it very ironic that the WASPS thought it was fine for them to take over America but not for the new Immigrant because they thought of themselves as native to America, however the only true native, the people who America really belonged to was the native American Indians.
